London Pro Nationals - Sub-Only Gi Tournament

A new and exciting submission-only Gi tournament brought to you by the organisers of Southend BJJ Open.
With 8 fight areas and room for up to 500 competitors, we are looking to put London Pro Nationals on the map for the biggest Sub-Only Gi tournament in the UK!
We are looking to fill many categories which usually have a low turn out at smaller sized events, especially womens, masters and black belt divisions - 450 Free Car Parking Spaces!
6 minute rounds, IBJJF submission rules, with 1 round of EBI overtime. NO POINTS!
This tournament is for adults only of 18 years of age and over.
Adult Men and Women division Gold medalists of all belt colours are eligible to enter absolutes for free, with cash prizes to be won!

Minimum number of competitors for an absolute division is 4. Minimum of 300 competitor event entries required to run absolute prize fund. Due prize fund and time constraints, regrettably we are unable to offer absolute cateory placements for masters divisions gold medalists, although all masters aged athletes are welcome to enter the adult 18+ division for a chance of winning a cash prize!

Format / Ruleset
READ ALL RULES AND LEARN THE RULEST BEFORE THE COMPETITION!
LEARN BASIC EBI OVERTIME / IBJJF SUBMISSION RULES BEFORE COMPETING.
This tournament will be held with NO POINTS. ALL competitors will have 6 minutes to submit their opponent following IBJJF rules of legal and illegal submission. If no submission happens within 6 minutes the competitors enter into 1 round of EBI overtime. Each opponent will have an opportunity to attack / escape in turn before the result determines the winner.

There is no leeway to weight on weigh ins, it is the competitor's responsibility to make weight or face disqualification, no weight changes will be made on the day.
